Fees
All services are bulk billed for patients with a current Medicare card. This means that the doctor accepts the relevant Medicare benefit as full payment for their service and there are no additional out-of-pocket costs.

Private fees apply for patients who do not have a Medicare card:

Standard consult (<20 minutes): $50

Long consult (20-40 minutes): $90

Prolonged consult (>40 minutes): $140
Private fees also apply to Insurance medicals and Commercial drivers' license medicals (please check with reception)

Payment can be made on the day of the consultation by cash, EFTPOS or direct deposit.
Appointments
Booking Appointments.

Appointments can be booked by calling the practice or online through our online booking portal (HotDoc).

You can request a long appointment if you need more time with your doctor.

Telehealth Appointments.

Doctors offer telehealth appointment to regular patients in some circumstances. Please discuss with reception.

Walk in Appointments

Walk-ins are accepted. However, there might be a longer wait time as we do prioritize patients with scheduled appointments.

Home Visits.

Home visits are offered in certain circumstance at the discretion of the individual GP. Please discuss with reception.
Communicating with the practice
Contacting the practice​

Our reception staff are able to attend to most queries. The preferred mode of contacting the practice is by phone. In some cases, a doctor or nurse might contact you to assist with your enquiries.
Results

We may contact you about your results by SMS, phone call or mail. Please ensure you inform reception if your details have changed and to opt in for SMS communication. Results can be provided to you after discussing with the doctor.
Electronic communication.

Our practice may occasionally use electronic communication in the form of email or SMS to communicate important information to you.

Medical Certificate.

You must make an appointment with your GP to get a medical certificate. Medical certificates cannot be backdated.
​
Referrals.

You will need to request new and repeat specialist referrals during your consultation with your GP.​
